Must be terribly obvious but I am being especially thick today.

There's a list of different wines, each one having three short paragraphs about them.

neutral  Tony M: Apart from the fact that this sounds slightly clinical, I do feel that it might not be general enough to cover all eventualitites, particularly since they also refer to the serving temperature.
