in a public procurement agreement, in the termination clause, one of the grounds for termination is "En cas de passation d'un marché par X relatif à l'objet du présent contrat, ce dernier sera alors résilié d'office" I think this ground is for if a new contract is entered into, the old contract terminates, but I'm struggling with the wording for "relatif à l'objet du présent contrat" - relating to the purpose of the present contract doesn't seem to fit....any ideas?
