neutral  moken: Perdona m; physician no es = surgeon y el link no apoya esa idea en absoluto. Los 'clínicos' realizan, como mucho, intervenciones menores, como p.ej. implantar un marcapasos (cardiólogo), pero cirugía de guerra...me temo que eso son palabras mayores. :O)

Explanation:
Me parece que "Médico en Jefe" sería un término militar adecuado puesto que "Comandante en jefe" lo es también, sin embargo, si se quiere dar más énfasis al asunto, creo que "Médico Jefe, Responsable del hospital." sería más exacto y quizá no "tan militar"... Cuestión de gustos.
