Ich weiß, die Frage wurde schon mal gestellt (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/485627), nur bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob das "standardmäßig" in einem juristischen Text auch gilt:

A défaut, le substitué ne pourra exercer pour lui la faculté de rétractation à laquelle le substituant aura renoncé expressément ou tacitement.

Im vorherigen Satz geht es darum, dass der "substituant" nur innerhalb der Bedenkzeit zurücktreten kann.
