Pomimo, że w wersji polskiej rozporządzenia nr 1906 stoi "umowa o dotację", zalecane jest "w sprawie przyznania dotacji" i tak jest w wersji polskiej umowy 7 Programu Ramowego. Umowa jest zawierana ze Wspólnotą - dlatego Wspólnota, a nie Komisja Article 18 General 1. The participants shall implement the indirect action and shall take all necessary and reasonable measures to that end. Participants in the same indirect action shall implement the work jointly and severally towards the Community. 2. The Commission shall draw up, on the basis of the model provided for in Article 19(8) and taking into account the characteristics of the funding scheme concerned, a grant agreement between the Community and the participants.
