What does الموصوف mean here? (Pls note the blank space after the word)

Alaa Zeineldine May 29, 2007: It depends. There are many ways to descibe a property. e.g. Municipalities in the US refer to "block #X lot #Y". Arabic citations include مربع رقم كذا وحدة رقم كذا, also انظر ملحق رقم 1, etc.
Nesrin (asker) May 29, 2007: Yasser: I really have no idea! Alaa: Thanks for the links. You and Ahmed could be right, but the original document only leaves very little space for that description (3-4 words at most), so I'm wondering if that's enough to give a description of a property.
