Salarios y costos no incluidos dentro de la inversion


Explanation:
Yo entiendo la frase como la disposicion de cooperar con gastos que esten fuera de lo acordado (presupuesto ya definido), talvez haya una mejor manera de ponerlo. Espero te sirva! es solo una idea! :-)
