Czech term or phrase: Pult centralizované ochrany
hlediska technického zabezpečení objektu je v objektu funkční monitorovací systém CCTV, EZS a EPS s koncovým vyvedením na dispečink ostrahy v objektu. Senzory EPS jsou umístěny v kuchyni objektu a v podzemních podlažích. Čidla EZS jsou zatím dislokována v bankovních halách a vybraných místnostech budovy (např. servrovna, vybrané kanceláře). V současné době je budova vyklizena, bez provozu. Proto není zatím zcela jasné, které systémy technické ochrany budou dále v provozu.
V případě aktivního nasazení budou svedeny do dispečinku ostrahy v objektu s duplicitním připojením na PCO.

Central Facility Protection Desk


Explanation:
After I reviewed other answers and even saw some as good options I found there is a better alternative.
Protection Desk is the key term, and you can just precede it with the word "Central" or with the name of facility that is being protected, for example "Central Facility Protection Desk" as in this question, or "Plant Protection Desk" as used at AMES:

I'd favour omitting the word "Central" and go simply for Facility Protection Desk (CFD seems to be a nice acronym ;-)
