Es geht mir um den Status eines "avis d'expert", der ja im Grunde nicht mehr seine Privatmeinung, sondern der Beweis ist, auf den sich die Gerichtsentscheidung stützen will. Daher im Potonnier: "avis d'expert" = Sachverständigen*entscheidung* oder gleich ...*gutachten*; allerdings auch "avis d'expertise", gutachtliche Stellungnahme.

Wie würdet ihr es in Anbetracht dessen übersetzen, wenn der Sachverständige schreibt:
"à notre avis, nanana..." ? Trotzdem "Meiner Meinung/Ansicht nach..."? (Majestätsplural haben wir heute ja schon erledigt, fällt weg)
