I couldn't find this in my dictionary. How do 'parapiedi' differ from 'parapetti'?

Discussion

Rosanna Palermo Nov 26, 2006:
a parapetto is usually at least waist high . a parapiedi is just a basic board used to prevent the feet from slipping out. I assume you are dealing with scaffolding which would use a toeboard as well as an iron tube placed waist high to prevent falls.
