German term

Lernquellenpools

German to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy
Discussing educational counselling and its role in the learning process they list several new pedagogic elements: Lerntagebücher, Lernkonferenzen, Lernquellenpools, Fachreflexion und Feedback. etc.

Thanks

learning resource centres [centers]/pools

IMHO "learning *re*sources" is a more appropriate translation of "Lernquellen".

learning sources

might do it, the Pool bit is redundant
Peer comment(s):

neutral Erik Freitag : No, "pool" is not redundant imho, it means a collection or library of learning sources

pools of learning resources

I think it is better to go for "pools" than centres, as it seems to be the more modern term and stresses the idea of a combination of materials from various sources.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Steffen Walter : I provided "pools" as an alternative, too.

As I say, I think it is better to choose one over the other in this case and "go for" (opt for) "pools".
