The field is career guidance and counselling, after dealing with several different aspects of the field, a closing sentence is the following: Ein weiterer Ansatz zur Verbesserung der Transparenz und Systematik des Handlungsfeldes besteht in einer stärkeren Vernetzung der Akteure auf der Ebene von Multiplikatoren und Verbänden. --- ... a stronger network of providers at the level of associations¿?... but Multiplikatoren?

I wouldn't restrict it to "opinion leaders". "Multiplikator" can also refer to someone who is responsible for communicating information from a higher authority to several lower authorities. For example: The company I work for has over 100 subsidiaries.
