Ich weiß nicht, ob es hierfür einen Fachbegriff gibt. Ich würde es in dieser Aufzählung jedenfalls so ausdrücken.

Diese Daten werden wohl durch einen Abgleich (Reconciliation) ermittelt und in den Berichten konsolidiert dargestellt.

Software Compliance hat sich als Begriff etabliert, würde ich stehenlassen.
