Tourism & Travel
À l'abri du continent, grisez-vous de vitesse et glissez sur le fil des vagues (école de voile, promenade en mer).
This is selling the charms of Rivedoux on the Ile de Re, which is shelted by the mainland, and therefore offers excellent sailing opportunities etc. I am having problems with this, because everything I try ends up sounding dodgy, so I thought maybe you'd like a bit of fun with it too!
"Become intoxicated on speed" (hmmm...)
"let yourself be carried away by speed" etc.
they all have slightly dubious connotations.

indulge your passion for speed
You've given me such a laugh with "become intoxicated on speed" (no offence!) - as you say, a bit dubious.
Sorry this one is a bit boring, but just an idea.

tongue-in-cheek - I'm sure the Addiction Research Council would frown on it, but in advertising, well, everything goes ;-)
Otherwise I like Amy's suggestion too
