All I can think of in Japanese is New York の全て
any ideas?

Just for your refernce, it reminds me of Godiego's lyrics, in which Mr. Takekawa sang as: There's no end to what my eyes can see, to where my feet will roam, to what my heart can embrace...the world for me is a lasting place of sights and sounds...

景色と響き

XXホテルは、皆様をニューヨークの景色と響きへ心から歓迎しています。

I think 景色 and 響き properly capture the welcoming tone of the phrase.

'騒音' offered in another answer is more like 'noise' 'din' 'clamor' or 'cacophony' Needless to say, there is plenty of this in New York, but I think 響き (sound, echo, ring,) is more appealling in a Hotel advertisement.

Honestly though, it's a bit of a tough call. If the author wants to emphasize the excitement of all the noise in the Big Apple, then maybe '騒音' would be appropriate.

後者は直訳っぽくて前者を選びます。

こういう表現は簡単そうで難しいですよね。
ふと浮かんできた表現ですが、文脈からして、
「ニューヨークならではの体験」とか
「ニューヨークならではの雰囲気」
というのはどうでしょうか?
