I'm not sure if "toiles de stores" are window blinds or awnings, and if they are connected to the 'prélarts' or just happen to have been included in the same sentence. This is a very short letter, and the subject is not discussed any further elsewhere.

: Since "prélarts" are, presumably, awnings, it would make sense that these should be blinds. Not necessarily interior, but vertical. Whether int. or ext., they would need to be UV/sun-resistant etc. if exposed
