Es geht um eine einzige Tabelle, sonst müsste es ja "tableau-x" heißen. Aber wenn du "tabellarische Übersicht" sagst, dann würde das auch die Möglichkeit meherer Tabellen mit einschließen ;-)
Also:
...eine tabellarische Übersicht über die Zahl der im Vormonat verkauften Softwareprogramme.

Ich muss mich korrigieren: wie Artur richtig sagt, ist "tableau nominatif" eine namentliche Aufstellung. Daher würde ich nun meinen Vorschlag so umformulieren:
...eine tabellarische Übersicht über die Mengen und Bezeichnungen der im Vormonat verkauften Softwareprogramme.
Also:
...eine tabellarische Übersicht über die Zahl der im Vormonat verkauften Softwareprogramme.
