Thank you all! Thanks for the help; however I still need an Arabic equivalent which is certified and used for "introducing broker"
Can you please give context, so we get an idea of how it is used? Is this a normal term in the brokerage business or a term in a sentence?

Webster's Online Dictionary defines it as:
A person or organisation that solicits or accepts orders to buy or sell futures contracts or commodity options but does not accept money or other assets from customers to support such orders.
