I receive Proz e-mails (Kudoz, forum replies, etc.) in my Hotmail account but they don't reach my Messenger. I've checked up Options under the Tools tab in the Messenger and it's able to receive alerts in real-time, so I don't understand whaat's going on.

Do you know what could be happening?
