I actually wear a pair of shorts or bermuda shorts on top of an underwear, and that's it. Bear feet (always) and usually not even a t-shirt. It's pretty hot around here, and I don't have an air-conditioner.
Despite all the advices from professional experts that you should dress as if you were going to the office, and have working hours, and my wife saying the same thing to me all the time, none of them have convinced me. When typing away after a formal dinner I wear a black tie/tuxedo, but mostly I prefer less formal clothing.
However, on my frequent interpreting assignments I always wear pyjamas. Call it a signature style.
