Change shortcut to Tab in Studio 2014

Appears to be impossible. I wonder why that is or whether there is any alternative way.
(I want to change the shortcut to toggle between source target segment which is F6 by default (not that handy).

Tab isn't available as a shortcut because if you're in a target segment, it's used to enter a tab in the text.
Still, you could choose another shortcut if you don't feel comfortable with F6.

Mind you, Shift+Tab does not work either!

I really don't see any use of entering a tab in the text in a CAT tool (especially to any other file type apart from Word) and I have not entered a single one over the last 15 yrs that I use CAT tools. Still, one should be allowed to override that.

By the way, Tab is the default shortcut for this action in MemSource (and Shift+Tab in WFP). Apparently, the developer of the tool did not see any use of entering the tab character in... See more

I totally agreed with Spiros, and I've done this:

- Change F1 to Ctrl+Alt+Cap+F1;
- Establish F1 to toggle to & from Target & Source.

After all, Google is much more handy than F1 to search Help, isn't it.
