Unable to open a txml file due to "txml format error"

Hello experts,
I have Wordfast Pro. I have received a txml file for proofreading but as and when I try to open it, I get the following message:
Txml format error, check log file for more details
Could you advise me what is wrong and what should be done to open it?

Dear Yasmin,
Thank you for replying but it has come after 13 days. Seems like you were on a vacation.
I communicated the problem to client who created a new txml file by using the memory and I had no problem with opening it.
