The whole phrase reads:
....otorgando los oportunos poderes a Procuradores y Graduados sociales u otras personas nombrando Abogados para que representen y defiendan a la Sociedad ante dichos Tribunales y Organismos, con o sin facultad de sustituir.
I wonder whether the translation should be 'with or without authorisation to represent' rather than the apparent '...with or without the power/authority to substitute'.
Any thoughts more than welcome. Thank-you.
