Torte Factory If this needs to be precise, call it what it is, the "torte factory." There's nothing wrong with that. It's short n' sweet. (No pun intended).

Because this goes into the business plan, they need to describe their business and product as accurately as possible. 'Cake factory for making tortes' looks confusing. I guess I'll just write 'Factory for making tortes'.

'Home shop' won't work as it's not a home based business. Their output is 200 kg of product per day.

Cake factory "Cake factory" is the best option if they're not selling to the public. There's no need to say "torte factory" because that's very rare in English.

"torte house" or "torte home shop" if They are not selling to the public, just to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, then I would suggest "torte or cake studio" or "torte house" or "torte home shop"

I believe that the generalized "cake factory" is common even if it produces cakes, torts and etc. Torte factory is a rare use, Mostly "cake factory" is used.

They are ONLY making specifically tortes, not pastries or cakes. They are not selling to the public, just to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.

pastry shop

If it's the place where customers buy pastries, and not just the place where they are made, it's called a pastry shop. So a bit more context is needed here.

"Pastry shop" is far more common than "pastry factory".
