Согласна с Андреем в том, что \"форма хозяйствования\" это не совсем \"форма управления\". Однако уверена, что в приведенном отрывке исходного документа имеется в виду именно форма хозяйствования, т.к. в результате ее изменения существовавшее предприятие прекратило свою деятельность, что не происходит при смене формы управления.
