Thank you everyone!
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
Thank you, Frank!
Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D. Feb 13, 2018:
Here, it is a a regulation on laboratory safety procedures or a directive regarding laboratory safety procedures.
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
Laboratory Safety Directive?
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
Guys, who was first with the directive suggestion - The Misha or Turdimurod? Don't get it. So I can grade it. @ The Misha: if it was you, please add your suggestion so I can grade it. Thanks.
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
@Misha. Lab Directive will do then? Order is better for приказ I think
Sofi_S (asker) Feb 13, 2018:
Yes, it's internal
Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D. Feb 13, 2018:
@The Misha: I like directive.
The Misha Feb 13, 2018:
Order(s) or directive It doesn't matter which because it really doesn't matter. What matters is that they are not "dispositions," "decrees," "commands" or "regulations". All of those are something else.
Victoria Batarchuk Feb 12, 2018:
I think, it's internal to the laboratory and issued by the head of the laboratory.
Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D. Feb 12, 2018:
Who issues pаспоряжение? Is it internal to the laboratory, coming from its director, for example, and dealing with administrative, safety, or laboratory procedures?

disagree The Misha : Nope. We just don't call such documents "dispositions" in natural English.

Instruction here means just instruction, directive, not a manual
Peer comment(s):

disagree The Misha : Mr. Lenin issued decrees. Heads of laboraties do not issue decrees - unless, of course, they suffer from illusions of grandeur:)

or are the same sadists, sure. Then Instruction?

Lab(oratory) Directive (procedures, regulation)

I would say:
Directive when we talk about a Lab, I think "Directive" would be better.

Note from asker:
For some reasons, I can't grade your answer. Can you do something about it, Turdimurod?
*reason
Select this answer as most helpful,
