Cybeles, o uso do termo "fitness" leva mais a uma idéia de boa-forma, de ginástica, musculação, esteira, essas coisas. Quando se fala em ginástica laboral, geralmente se está falando em alongamentos e exercícios específicos contra as doenças relacionadas ao trabalho que os empregados fazem no próprio ambiente de trabalho ou num saguão, por exemplo, sem trocar de roupa. Acho que "wellness" traduz melhor isso.
