Anderson Calixto Apr 7, 2020:
The phrase 'ectasia bulbo-caliacial' follows the pattern of 'pelvicalyceal ectasia' and 'pyelocalyceal ectasia' ('ectasia pielocalicial' in Portuguese).

neutral liz askew : this doesn't seem to exist in En/No they don't. It is bulb and calyces. "Bulb" though does not clarify the relevant part of the anatomy - duodenal/penile/ureteral?? My research seems more logical:)

Well, bulbo-caliacial doesn't seem to exist in Portuguese either. It seems to be a coined term. Bulbo- and calyceal do exist by themselves though. / Real, established examples: bulbourethral (hence bulbo-) and pyelocalyceal (hence -calyceal)
