"Grensesprengende" is the "motto" for an international scout camp - but the point is not so much the internationalism (although that's part of it) as the opportunity to try new things/meet new people/new challenges etc.
Velkommen til en grensesprengende uke med aktiviteter både på land og hav!

pushing your limits
To keep to the same metaphor, you want an expression like pushing your limits, or transcending barriers.
Crossing new frontiers, perhaps
Sometimes figurative expressions should not be taken too literally, or they simply don't work.
Breaking new ground, or exploring new territory together?

pushing the/your boundaries
Re-write the sentence, or Christine's is OK too if that fits in better.

limitless
In this context, particularly as as part of a advertising, catch-phrase, this should be a one-word answer, though even limitless doesn't quite match the literal translation "boundary exploding"
Example sentence:
Welcome to a limitless week of activites, both on land and at sea.
Something went wrong...
