Japanese term

1.5倍mol量の1 mol/L塩酸

Japanese to English Science Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This is from a preclinical study report.

ミダゾラムは,1.5倍mol量の1 mol/L塩酸に溶解後,

I think this means the amount of 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid is 1.5 times the molar quantity of midazolam which is dissolved in it. So how would this be expressed in a succinct and scientifically accurate, unambiguous way?

Midazolam was dissolved in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid of a molar quantity 1.5 times that of midazolam?
Midazolam was dissolved in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid of 1.5 times the midazolam molar quantity?
Midazolam was dissolved in 1.5 x mol quantity 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid?

(after dissolving) 1.5 molar quantity of Midazolam in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid

I think Japanese sentence is "ミダゾラムは,1.5倍mol量を1 mol/L塩酸に溶解後". If so, it is more understandable. I provided translation for this modified version.
