Not sure, can not hear properly

On a video, a woman is approaching a man whom she wants to talk to, and she addresses him with "Uchihara se-se" or "Uchihara ze-ze" or something. (I can not hear properly.) The English translation is "Mr Uchihara" but what exactly is she saying?
