I cannot find the appropriate term for this Japanese word in the English accounting field. Is there any fixed word? Otherwise, I am thinking of using "accounting for compliance purpose" considering the meaning the term. How do you think?

会計 accounting
So if it were backyards, I think it could stand alone because 会計制度=accounting system.
But as you have it, it would make more sense if it were "___ system accounting".
