Do you know what these minuteria are specifically? Are they talking about buttons or beads/sequins, or something else altogether?
"minuteria" in general would normally be translated as "haberdashery" or "(sewing) notions" but these are huge categories and include scissors and zips as well as thread and buttons and beads (both the original and the translation). They may be just the thing, (I prefer notions) otherwise you may want to choose between decoration, trim, and embellishments. Trim is probably the most generic. You could qualify the term and say "applied" or "stitched" beads/sequins/decoration, depends whether you know exactly what has been applied.
