Hi Alexander,
The acronyms refer to an office of the AIFA (http://www.agenziafarmaco.gov.it/). I am sure about the first, "V&A" but I am not sure about the "N/V", which, if I were to give a suggestion I would read "Nazionale/Vendite" but I would be guessing.
Why not giving them a call to ask about N/V?
