I think that your own attempt was close, but I would use but I would use "Register", as we do in UK, or "Registry". Stating "Italian" is optional, but it would probably be quite clear to the reader that the office is based in Italy.
Your grammatical context is incorrect though you need to change this to:
"company registered WITH "The Registry...." under its own registration number (possibly but it depends on rest of context).

: "register file" is incorrect English. We also do not put "research" in the plural, and need to specify what the research is for if we use that term.
