schedario anagrafe nazionale ricerche

Company recorded by the * The National Institute for Statistics* with its own registration number.

Discussion

Rosario Liberto (asker) Aug 17, 2016:
@Lara, OK, so it is directed to you and you know the reason for directing to you.
Lara Barnett Aug 16, 2016:
@ Rosario I see now what you mean. No it was me that said that. Regards. Lara
Rosario Liberto (asker) Aug 16, 2016:
@Lara, well, if you did not said that I am very laconic, I apologize for criticising you and my criticism is obviously directed to Pizzati.
Lara Barnett Aug 16, 2016:
@ Rosario @ Rosario, I do not understand what you mean. You need to make yourself clearer. However, all I have said is that Researches" (in the plural) is not used in UK, and this term is not used in English in this area of lexis. "Register file" is also a clumsy term to use in English, and you need to be more careful when using it.
Apart from trying to help you, what you must understand is that the kudoz gallery is made available to users beyond the usage required for your own question, and we must ensure correct grammar and terminological use.
Whether or not I understand you is
Rosario Liberto (asker) Aug 15, 2016:
Lara, if you think that I was doubting, I am sure you are completely wrong because it is clear that I asked a kudoz question dealing with subject specific lexis and it was also clear that I specified the term.
Lara Barnett Aug 15, 2016:
@ Giovanni Maybe. But that does not mean providing an answer using incorrect english terminology and incorrect grammar the right thing to do. These entries are for future use also for English translators.
Giovanni Pizzati (X) Aug 14, 2016:
Lara The applicant is a new entry here, and he is very laconic in its requests, in fact, he often leaves the helpers in doubt, as in the present case.

Registry for (Italian) National Statistics / Italian Register Office

I think that your own attempt was close, but I would use but I would use "Register", as we do in UK, or "Registry". Stating "Italian" is optional, but it would probably be quite clear to the reader that the office is based in Italy.

Your grammatical context is incorrect though you need to change this to:

"company registered WITH "The Registry...." under its own registration number (possibly but it depends on rest of context).

Alternatively: "Italian Office for National Statistics" - but I would insert "Italian" here as the name would be identical to our British one.

National Register File for Researches

Non so cosa è, ma traduzione letterale è questa.
Note from asker:
Nel senso che non sei a conoscenza del documento inerente? Grazie comunque :)
Peer comment(s):

disagree Lara Barnett : "register file" is incorrect English. We also do not put "research" in the plural, and need to specify what the research is for if we use that term.
