Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Ενοχικό Δίκαιο
Greek term or phrase:

Without seeing more of your context, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't use the word "performance" in your translation, especially as the Σταμέλη - Χατζημανώλη dictionary defines 'παροχή' to mean 'performance' in texts such as yours.

Explanation:

Εναλλακτικά, και εφόσον πρόκειται για διάθεση προϊόντων, ενδεχομένως «performance, satisfaction and acceptance of obligation".

Performance of service / outstanding deliverables / acceptance of deliverables.

neutral  Peter Close: I disagree with your implied disagreement of my reply. If you search the internet even briefly, you will see plenty of references confirming the suitability of the terms I gave for contracts for the supply or provision of goods and services.
