Pour ma part, je préfèrerais
"mouvement d'apprentissage" pour "Lernlauf".
L'effort nécessaire est déterminé "automatiquement" (selbsttätig), soit au cours d'un "mouvement de fermeture", soit au cours d'un "mouvement d'ouverture". donc sans aucune intervention extérieure.
