German term
Knick-Senk-Spreizfußdeformität
German to English
Medical
Medical (general)
I would require this deformity -- if at all possible --, as a technical term rather than provided in a paraphrased manner, since it's a doctor's expert opinion in an important case and his style is really highly technical. I am not sure it is a good idea to deviate from that style too much in English, or do you take a different view on that (I don't work in medical translation and am hence only doing QA work on the medical translator's version)?
Many thanks.
Best,
Sebastian Witte
