YorickJenkins Nov 20, 2008: Impossible to be sure with no context I did not know DB Ausfall could mean Deckungsbeitragausfall-it normally means Datenbankausfall. If Ken is right however, I don't think this would be best translated as reduction in costs-it should be suspension of premium payments or non payment of contributions depending on the context, which is not given here at all.
