this is from an employment certificate. The document is from Switzerland, so that a certain french influence can be assumed.

The passage describes the hotel the person work in.
"In verschiedenen Restaurants wird die internationale Kundschaft mit einer marktgerechten und abwechslungsreichen Küche bewirtet. Die traditionelle ***„Rötisserie"*** mit der grosszügigen Terrasse, die italienische Kaffee-Bar „Barchetta",..."

AS the sublanguage for the target is not defined I would like to keep it as neutral as possible.
"Grill" might be too american to be neutral. "BBQ restaurant" perhaps?

I would just keep it as rotisserie. In a Google search I found plenty of American restaurants that call themselves rotisseries. Sounds a little more refined than BBQ restaurant.

I would just keep it as rotisserie. In a Google search I found plenty of American restaurants that call themselves rotisseries. Sounds a little more refined than BBQ restaurant.
