tanti appassionati usano tranquillamente la parola francese (sopprattutto nel mondo dello snowboard), altrimenti più banalmente userei "della neve" (anche se la glisse riconduce ad altri sport, qui hai un contesto proprio invernale)

  -> Questo è verissimo ma qui si parla di sport invernali...e anche verissimo che sulla neve non c è solo lo sci...mi viene in mente un'altra traduzione: "l'universo bianco"; comunque la sua traduzione è buona

C'est une autre possibilité : l'univers de la glisse en France se réfère à une grande quantité de sports qui ne se pratiquent pas tous sur la neige mais aussi sur l'eau et la terre ; on y retrouve aussi bien le ski nautique que le roller ou la montain bike . Difficile en italien de parler du mondo della scivolata :
l'universo delle piste
