Pressure testing
This term is found in a document regulating the adaptation of pressure equipment to Tunisian standards. when discussing pressure testing it prtovides the criteria for testing equipment under steam presure:
"P test = 2 X *Timbre* (Pression de calcul) si *timbre* < 6 bar"

I think the clue is the text in brackets. "Timbre" is saying that the design pressure (pression de calcul) is stamped on the name-plate of the equipment.
I would render the lot as follows:
