Hi, Can anybody confirm the meaning of this in the context of a 'fit to fly' letter.

It appears as follows:
Je soussigne docteur XXX déclare que XXX ne présente pas de contre-indication à prendre l’avion pour son retour a domicile sous réserve d’assistance et de surveillance par le médecin de l’assistance de la compagnie.
