The two factors mentionned make for odd bedfellows: - recruiting somone "sur profil" suggests that X recruits based on a skill-set, for example, rather than someone with a list of qualifications alone, for exampl; - recruiting someone "sur mission" seems to be about recruiting someone for a particular mission. Isn't the first example about selection criteria, and the second example about what someone is recruited for? If so, then they are not about the same thing. |
