I As we do not know how this particular has organised itself, let alone what exactly "structures" refers to in detail, I would try and stick to a more literal translation which does not specify something we not be sure of.

i.e. Using "structure" also in the English would cover just the general framework, but could also stand for the individual groups assigned with particular duties.
