Planning Permission cleared for retail use Explanation: Not quite sure what the 'purgé' means here...? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 23 minutes (2017-09-20 09:06:03 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- OK, so if it "cannot be appealed against", but it has apparently been granted, then this presumably means that other people can't appeal against it? I.e. not an appeal against a refusal of PP? |

construction permit requiring authorisation for commercial operation cleared Explanation: Instead of construction permit the word "building permit" can also be used. Any construction permit requires generally an authorisation for using it for commercial operation. |
