Persian (Farsi) term or phrase: خنک گرفتن
In the Iranian TV serial "ششمین نفر", there is a scene where a mother walks into her daughter's room and says (what sounds like):

"خنک گرفتم، دختر! چرا حرف نمی زنی؟"

The subtitles translate this as "I'm going crazy, girl. Why don't you say something?"

Is "to go crazy" an accurate/good translation for خنک گرفتن?

خنک گرفتن = ?

Thanks.

Explanation:
I personally have not heard it, but if it means "to get worried" the translation might be "I'm getting worried to death, girl, why ...?"

OR

"You're scaring the hell out of me..."
