Exchange the cold for the warm atmosphere of an Indonesian island
It may be cold outside, but in this restaurant it's lovely and warm, both literally (presumably) and figuratively - the warmth of an Indonesian atmosphere. Restaurants are often referred to as islands (as diners can feel so removed from the outside world), but in this case it has a double meaning as Indonesia itself is also composed of islands.

Spices are also very important in Indonesian cuisine, with many dishes being very "hot" in that sense too. I don't think that's the main intention of "heat" here though.
