Thank you kindly. Fathy, thank you, yet again, for putting this matter to rest!

Additionally, Giuseppe's answer seemed to be the most plausible one, prior to your feedback, that is. Those bits of information will surely come in handy.

(I shall formalise the answer you've given us, Fathy, so as to help other users in the future, if that's OK)

Hi All, I am very sorry for being late, I had a connection issue last night! Unfortunately there is no more context, but I could contact the client who confirmed that ICE means "Immune Effector Cell-associated Encephalopathy (ICE)", it is a scoring tool "ICE tool" which is used during the CAR-T Cell treatment for evaluating the symptoms the patient may have after CAR-T infusion. I really appreciate your time and your help with this
Thank you

Cenk Başaran Jul 9, 2019:
ice or ICE If the text is about myasthenia gravis, we may talk about an ice test.
Otherwise it might be the acronym for "In case of emergency"
Cenk Başaran Jul 9, 2019:
More of the text is required After what shall these neurologic side effects occur?
Francisco Chagas Jul 8, 2019:
Chosen answer Fathy, for the sake of knowledge, could you divulge the answer you found for your query?

(Siemens) Image Calculation Environment

Please cross-check both references using the keywords "PEPSI" and "ICE".
Example sentence:

reconstruction along spatial (x,y) and f2 frequency dimension was implemented in the Siemens Image Calculation Environment (ICE), and viewing of the reconstructed 1D spectra was therefore possible online at the Siemens scanner console.

ice

It looks like isn't an acronymous, just ice. Anyway ICE is has a double meaning as acronymous In Case (of) Emergency, it could be this case.

ice water test

The urinary bladder is equipped with a reflex system including cold receptors of the bladder wall and having reflex pathways partly separate from the normal micturition reflex. The ice-water test involves cooling of the bladder wall with ice-cold saline solution. In the neurologically intact adult the test is negative. A positive test indicates overt or occult neuropathy. In this report, examples are given of patients presenting with bladder symptoms and a positive test but initially lacking signs of a neurological condition. During follow-up, various neurogenic diseases appeared. It is suggested that a positive icewater test may represent a negative prognostic urodynamic sign along with a potential risk for neurogenic disease to come.
Example sentence:

"Positive ice-water test: a predictor of neurological disease?"

" Our study focuses on the use of the ice water test (IWT), which has been known for almost 55 years, as a provocative maneuver during modern urodynamic explorations."
