Hi, I need a little help with this. I'm not really sure if the translation of this is "provisiones en libre circulación" o "provisiones en libertad de movimiento". I think that ther terminology may be different. The complete phrase is the following:
"Until now, notaries have justified the nationality condition on the ground that they are protected by Article 45 of the EU Treaty. This provides that those who exercise "official authority" do not have to comply with the freedom of movement provisions".
